How do I place an order?
Ordering on TrapBoyz.co is easy. Browse the shop, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept multiple secure payment methods. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email from our system.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track your orders, save addresses for faster checkout, and view past purchases in your My account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
No. All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, it immediately begins processing and cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before confirming payment.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every product we sell has a third-party lab report (COA) to verify potency and compliance. You can find COAs on the product page or on our COA page. For additional documentation, email compliance@greenedendistro.com
What happens if a product goes out of stock after I order?
If an item oversells due to system error, we’ll contact you to either replace it with a similar product or refund that portion of your order.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp products are legal. Orders cannot be shipped to jurisdictions that restrict hemp-derived products.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders process within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can also log into your Trap Boyz account (if you created one at checkout) and view tracking updates under My Orders in your WooCommerce dashboard.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once shipped, Trap Boyz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest support.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — including for packages seized by law enforcement or customs. Please review your state laws and our Return Policy before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during transit, email Orders@greenedendistro.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

Are Trap Boyz products legal?
Yes. All Trap Boyz hemp products contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC and are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, it’s your responsibility to know the laws in your state before ordering.
Is hemp the same as cannabis?
Not exactly. Hemp and cannabis are part of the same plant family, but hemp contains lower levels of THC. Our products are federally legal hemp-derived products.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Check the product descriptions for strain details, flavor profiles, and expected effects. If you’re new to hemp, we recommend starting with a smaller dose to learn how your body responds.
