TrapBoyz.Co 5% Cashback Rewards Program – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the TrapBoyz.Co 5% Cashback Rewards Program (“Program”), you (“Participant” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrapBoyz.Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility for the Program is limited to registered, verified wholesale customers of TrapBoyz.Co. Participants must maintain an active customer account in good standing. Guest accounts and purchases made without being logged in are not eligible for participation or reward accrual. The Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of TrapBoyz.Co.
3. Earning Rewards
Under the Program, eligible customers shall earn five percent (5%) of the total order value—excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and any applicable fees—in the form of rewards points. Points are accrued only after the successful fulfillment of an order marked as “Completed” within our system. Cancelled, refunded, or disputed orders are not eligible. Points will not be retroactively granted for past purchases unless explicitly approved by Company management.
4. Rewards Value and Redemption
Each one hundred (100) points accumulated is equivalent to one United States dollar ($1.00 USD) in store credit. Points may only be redeemed via the issuance of a single-use coupon generated through the customer’s account dashboard. These coupons expire thirty (30) calendar days after creation. Points and coupons may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
5. Non-Transferability
Points are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, gifted, or otherwise transferred between user accounts. Accrued points will be forfeited upon account termination or in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
6. Program Changes and Termination
TrapBoyz.Co reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice and without liability to participants. Additionally, the Company may adjust or reverse points for any reason, including but not limited to accounting errors, fraud, technical issues, or misuse of the Program.
7. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that TrapBoyz.Co shall not be liable for any rewards lost due to account changes, point expiration, system errors, or discontinued offerings. Participation in the Program is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Disputes and Support
Any questions or disputes regarding rewards status, accrual, or redemption must be submitted in writing to support@TrapBoyz.Co within fourteen (14) days of the relevant transaction. Failure to contact us within that time frame may result in a waiver of any claim.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions related to this Program shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
